Refund Policy
Payments
All payments will be accepted via the standard modes set by Pixel Softech. Pixel Softech is not responsible for inaccuracies or discrepancies in the project if requested changes are not made within 12-24 hours or sooner. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, as it is sent for immediate processing. Personal preference changes occurring over time will not serve as grounds for a refund or charge-back.
Service Cancellation
For ongoing website design services, cancellation requests must be made at least seven (7) business days before the end of the current service period. Customers can submit a cancellation request to: [email protected] from their registered email address, providing an appropriate reason. Pixel Softech will carry out an additional verification process to confirm the client’s authority.
Refund Policy
You are eligible for a 100% refund of any upfront payment if:
- You are not satisfied with the initial design mock-up.
- We have not begun work on your project or are unable to start promptly.
- We are unable to fulfill the project as per the agreed specifications.
- You choose to cancel the project within 24 hours of making the payment.
No Refund Conditions
- No refunds will be issued if you have approved the design mock-up, except if we fail to complete the project according to its specifications.
- No refunds will be granted if delays are due to a lack of communication or responsiveness on your part.

Pixel Softech reserves the right to modify this policy at any time, with notice provided in a manner deemed appropriate by the company.
